1. VL504 Single IGBT Driver board - Rs15,000
This board feature a Built In CMOS Buffer/Amplifier, so it can be directly interfaced to DSPACE, DSP, MicroControllers, VLSI and other programmable systems working at 5 V or 3.3V levels. Power supply to this board can be provided from a 18- 0 - 18 , 2A transformer. The major high lights of this board is the use of negative triggering during off state this ensures that the kit remains in off state free from false trigger.
Fault Detection is present which helps in preventing the IGBTs from being damaged. This board can source upto 2A of Gate Drive current.
2. Intelligent Power Module Driver (IPMD1)- Rs 40,000
This board feature a Built in CMOS Buffer/Amplifier, so it can be directly interfaced to DSPACE, DSP, Microcontrollers, VLSI and other programmable systems working at 5 V or 3.3V levels. Power supply to this board can be provided from a 18- 0 - 18 , 2A transformer. The IPMD1 is a combined six IGBT driver Board it can be directly interfaced with intelligent power modules containing six IGBTs. Fault Detection is present which helps in preventing the IGBTs from being damaged. This board can source up to 2A of Gate Drive current thereby driving high current industrial IGBTs.
